Their are 2 types of fears: Passive fear and Active fear.

Passive fear – is when fear creeps into the back of your mind, enabling you to to put of a commitment just because its an area you don’t want to put yourself in, not realizing its actual fear stopping you.

Active fear -When your actively afraid you can feel the tension and fear in your body. although, you know you’ve overcome it or if you have lost the battle.
